Larson Aquatic Research Scholarships (Inactive)
Purpose: Sponsored by the American Water Works Association (www.awwa.org), the LARS scholarships provide support for doctoral and masters students interested in careers in the fields of corrosion control, treatment and distribution of domestic and industrial water supplies, aquatic chemistry, and/or environmental chemistry. ENVR-SETAC Exchange Travel Award (Inactive)
Purpose: The ACS Division of Environmental Chemistry (ENVR) and the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry, North America (SETAC) have developed a student exchange program to promote networking and to expand professional and scientific interactions of student members in both organizations. Description: As part of this program, ENVR will award one travel grant annually in the amount of $1000 to allow a graduate student member to attend the next annual meeting of SETAC North America in November.
